Digital Linear Scale is a numeric controlled measuring tool which can be used with metal fabrication machines such as milling machines, machining centres, boring machines, lathes and grinding machines whose feed axes are in a closed loop. It is equipped with a dynamic encoders with a high traversing speed and their acceleration which make it ideal for use on conventional axes as well as on direct drives. Digital Linear Scale is provided with optical and electrical sensors that results in the reduction of mechanical errors caused by ball screw thermal expansion, hysteresis and pitch errors to increase the performance of the industrial machineries.
